Located on South Lamar Blvd in downtown Austin is East Side Kings this restaurant screams Austin, Texas. Their colorful mural painted walls are so interesting to look at and the weirdness of their menu will have you wanting to try a little bit of everything. Traditional… not the word I would just to describe it. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, playing alternative rock music. There is even a patio area for those who want to sit outdoors. The staff is beyond phenomenal and helpful. Be sure to ask for the Fried Chicken Sandwich, you wont be disappointed.
