Cannone is an amazing Cucina Italiana that is literally straight out of Italy. The owner Salvador is from the boot shaped country and recommended the Gnocchi, it was so delicious. The raviolis are filled with mozzarella cheese drizzled in marinara sauce made from scratch, this dish literally melts in your mouth. To get a little taste of Italy only costs around 9-14 dollars. Trudy’s is a large blue food truck located the The Picnic. It’s an extension of the Austin Restaurant chain Trudy’s Texas Star, which has 4 different locations throughout Austin. The chain became so busy that they created a food truck and is now the fifth location. The stuffed avocado is a dish that is special the their chain and will not be a disappointment.
