Trudy’s is a large blue food truck located the The Picnic. It’s an extension of the Austin Restaurant chain Trudy’s Texas Star, which has 4 different locations throughout Austin. The chain became so busy that they created a food truck and is now the fifth location. The stuffed avocado is a dish that is special the their chain and will not be a disappointment. The food is affordable with prices ranging from 7-12 dollars and the truck puts on daily specials, hours vary.
